Mortgage Rumors

Rumors are flying about loan products that are available and those that are disappearing...

Now we have a loan product that is very likely to be changing; FHA, and the rumors are saying that it will happen sooner than later. When (if) it does happen, it will mean more potential homes are to be sold.

Change normally comes from pain, and we have been experiencing some pain nationally in the Real Estate Market... thankfully we have not felt the full impact that other parts of the nation have.

Change can be good!
